Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice

The ProQual Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice provides a nationally recognised qualification for those working in the beauty industry, and who wish to develop and demonstrate their competence at the highest level of aesthetic practice, including the use of dermal fillers and botulinum treatments. This qualification aligns with the Health Education England (HEE) 2015 standards for safe, ethical practice.

The aims of this qualification are:

  • To develop an understanding of ethics, legislation and regulatory standards at the highest level of aesthetic practice.

  • To develop an understanding of aesthetic consultation and individualised treatments.

  • To develop competence in providing aesthetic consultation, dermal fillers and botulinum treatments.

  • Candidates must hold:

    Hold a regulated Level 6 Diploma, degree or a qualification equivalent to RQF Level 6 (SCQF Level 10) in Aesthetic Practice.

    AND

    Hold current, valid first aid training, which can be any of the following:

    o First Aid at Work.
    o EmergencyFirstAid.
    o Adult Basic Life Support, AED and Management of Anaphylaxis.

    OR

    • Be a registered medical professional

      AND

    • Hold a regulated Level 6 qualification or degree in a medical or aesthetics subject that includes anatomy and physiology.

      AND

    • Hold current, valid first aid training, which can be any of the following:

      o First Aid at Work.
      o EmergencyFirstAid.
      o Adult Basic Life Support, AED and Management of Anaphylaxis.

  • Total Qualification time: 660 Hours

    Guided learning hours: 380 Hours

  • ProQual Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice 610/4479/9 - Level 7
