Cancellation Policy
Are booking deposits for courses refundable if I change my mind? Unfortunately due to certification costs, staffing costs, planning costs, set up costs etc, deposits paid for courses are non-refundable. your deposit contributes to a small fraction of company costs to organise your training. In the event of cancellation we also would need to pay staff to attend to carry out treatments on your booked models as well as paying staff allocated to run this course.
What happens to funds paid for a course if I don’t turn up or cancel?
Funds for a course deposit will not be refundable at any time of cancellation. Upon receiving your Booking request, our team work hard to start planning your course to ensure that we offer you the best service possible when you attend your course. Whilst planning your course there are a number of costs involved that your deposit goes towards. We initially take a booking deposit of up to £200 per course as a form of commitment before we organise your course for you. Please note that we reserve course spaces for students and if they do not attend or cancel we would lose out on the full course revenue for holding this reservation.
If your full course balance has not been paid yet and you do not attend without informing us, please note that we may contact you via legal representatives to retrieve any costs incurred. If you wish to book a new date after this we would ask you to make payment in full before reserving any future bookings. This would include paying a new booking deposit to use our services.
If you cancel within 72 hours of training and you have already paid the full course cost, this will not be refundable as it leaves us no time to fill this place and we will be at a loss of the full course cost. If you cancel within 72 hours and you have not paid in full we will attempt to recover the full cost of the course and this will still be payable.
If you cancel within 4 weeks of your booked course date, your deposit will not be refundable, however we may offer you an altentive date that suits you best aslong as the remaining balance is still paid by the original course date booked. With balance paid in full by your original booking date, a new date would then be reserved accordingly.
If for any reason you do not attend or cancel at any time due to medical reasons, you MUST provide proof of medical when requested and we may offer to put you on a cancellation list for an alternative course date for the same course only, or we may select a new date to reschedule your course to at a time that is more convenient for you. Please kindly note that deposit is still non refundable. We will only consider offering you a place on our cancellation list if we are provided with proof that medical reasons prevented you from attending your booked dates. For Medical reasons preventing you from attending your booked course we would prefer a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
